SCADA 2023: Building Relationships Beyond Software Sales

The SCADA 2023 convention was a resounding success. The event was a great platform for dealers to connect with vendors and peers, learn about new technologies and explore innovative ways to grow their business. It was a perfect blend of learning, networking, and fun. The key highlights of the event were the strong relationships built between Dealerslink and the attendees.

Michael Wood, with Dealerslink, spent a lot of time interacting with dealers and their families during the event, which helped foster long-lasting relationships beyond just selling software. The attendees had access to exclusive insights and learnings at the event, which they wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. One of the highlights of the event was the Casino Royale Registration and Professional Trade Show, which ran from 3:00-6:00 pm on June 9th, was quite busy with dealers throughout. Michael showcased various products and tools to the dealers, including the Marketplace purchases, Pricing Tool, and Velocity Report.

The Product Fair was followed by a welcoming dinner/cocktail event, where dealers used poker chips they received at the fair to enter prize drawings. It was great to see that three of the four winners were Dealerslink customers, which reflects the success of the platform in the used car market.

The event’s Saturday night Gala was a highly anticipated Black Tie event that ran for three hours. The majority of the event was a dinner with speeches and awards. The attendees got a chance to experience some great speeches and network with other dealers, strengthening relationships.

The event was a great opportunity for Dealerslink to connect with dealer principals and used car managers and build relationships beyond their software platform. The attendees got a chance to learn about new products and features of the platform they may have missed in the past. They were impressed by the interactive and engaging nature of the Product Fair, which allowed them to mingle with other dealers and share insights on the market trend.

The SCADA did a phenomenal job of organizing the event, it was a huge success. The attendees had a great time, and the Dealerslink team did a fantastic job of showcasing their platform’s various features. The event was highly informative, interactive, and engaging, which helped attendees connect with each other and Dealerslink. The event created long-lasting relationships beyond just selling software, which is essential for any business’s growth. This year’s event was a great success, and we look forward to attending SCADA 2024!
