Dealerslink, Inc. takes your privacy very seriously. Our customer relationships are the most important part of our business – without the trust of our customers, we would not be in business.

How We Use and Protect Customer Information

1. What information do we collect?

We collect your personal information, such as your name, phone number and e-mail address to communicate with you. We also collect your dealership’s “personal information” such as address, phone number(s), DMS provider information and account access data, and inventory data.

For our billing services we also collect additional information, including your name, date of birth, social security number, credit card number(s), security codes and other information required to set up direct/automated billing.

2. When do we obtain information?

We obtain your personally identifiable information from you when you provide it to us through our website. We obtain your contact information when you request additional information on the product(s). We obtain your credit information when you fill out our Network integration documentation.

3. How do we use your information?

We use your personal and business information to provide you with quality service. By submitting a request for more information on a vehicle, you are giving us permission to contact you by phone or email. We will use your contact information to provide you with more information on the Network or other products. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose.

Should you close your account with us, we will retain only your contact information, to periodically contact you to offer you the opportunity to participate in our other valuable offerings. If you do not want us to contact you, please let us know by contacting us at privacy@Dealerslink.com.

4. Do we keep your personal information confidential?

Yes, the cornerstone of our business is the commitment to maintain our customers’ trust, and to do so we treat your personal and business information as highly confidential. We limit access to your personal information to employees who need to come into contact with that information in order to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We do not disclose your information to any third parties except banks and vendors who are necessary for providing you the services you have requested. We ensure our vendors have a confidential/privacy policy in line with ours.

If required by law, we reserve the right to disclose your information to regulatory, law enforcement or other government authorities.

5. What steps do we take to protect your information?

We are committed to protecting your information in a secure environment. We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information is stored on our network as encrypted data files. While no security system is absolutely impenetrable, we periodically review and upgrade our security technology.

6. Do we use “cookies” and other tracking devices?

We use cookies to assist us in enhancing the performance of our service. (Cookies are small text files sent from the web server to your computer.) We use a common technique, HTTP-header cookies, to identify one page request from another. The cookies created by our site do not contain any personal information. 8. Will you be able to review, change or correct your information online?

No. Once submitted, you cannot review, change or correct your information online. 9. How will you know if there are any changes to this Privacy Statement?

We may update this privacy policy. We will notify you about significant changes in our policy by sending a notice to your primary address or by placing a prominent notice on our site informing you of such changes.
