Dealerslink® released the newest version of their FastBook® Mobile VIN Scanner App and cloud-based booking tool for auto dealers and are offering demonstrations and free trials this week at the 15th Digital Dealer Conference.
I had an opportunity to play with it first-hand and what struck me was the speed and accuracy of the scanner, and how quickly I could view all necessary information to value a car – with simultaneous viewing of NADA, Kelly Blue Book, MMR, and Black Book values, CARFAX and AutoCheck reports, competitive retail market pricing data, and comps from the Dealerslink Marketplace, all on any newer Android or iOS mobile device.
I believe this app is truly going to be a game changer. It has a simple, clean, easy to use interface, with powerful integrated data and features. I can see how this is going to speed up the deal work flow and save hundreds of hours in inventory appraisals and buying processes. I can use this powerful appraisal tool anywhere not longer needing to be chained to my desk.
