  • Sales Executive Open or Close

    We are looking for highly skilled, experienced and results-oriented sales professionals. Our headquarters are in Denver, Colorado. We are looking to both grow our headquarters sales team in Denver and recruit field reps in select regions. These positions are for those who are independent, self-motivated, and seeking a large territory.

    The mission of the Regional Sales Rep is rapid growth and development of our network of automotive dealers.

    Job duties include:
    • Developing and executing of a monthly sales plan.
    • Developing and managing long term relationships with dealers.
    • Ongoing development of personal skills in sales and service.
    • Rapidly building our network of dealers and allied businesses within the automotive industry.

    This position affords a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to develop major new sales regions for DealersLink. The majority of time will be spent in the field, meeting with prospects and existing clients and identifying opportunities for channel partners in the industry. Extensive automotive experience is required and pre-existing contacts in the industry are a huge advantage.

    Job qualifications include:
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
    • Previous experience selling products to automotive dealers.
    • Being strongly self motivated, organized and professional.
    • Having a full understanding of computers and the internet.
    • Record of excellence in B2B or B2D sales.
    • Ability to cover large territory.

    All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. In addition to base salary and benefits, residual commissions will be paid on closed deals.   • Dealer Consultant Open or Close

    DealersLink is looking for a new member to its consulting team. This is an entry level consulting position.

    Key Roles:
    • Develop and manage long-term client relationships.
    • Run account retention and follow up processes.
    • Train dealership personnel on all aspects of the application.
    • Provide industry leading consulting services to auto dealers.
    • Support Senior Dealer Consultant personnel.
    • Analyze accounts for performance trends.
    • Audit account usage trends.
    • Maintain and update contact management database.

    Requirements:
    • Must have intermediate to advanced computer and internet skills.
    • Must be comfortable talking to clients on the phone.
    • Must be a team player able to take instruction.
    • Must be able to follow company processes.
    • Automotive dealership internet management experience preferred.

    Key Skills:
    • Experience with customer service and support.
    • Experience with industry software training and/or consulting.

  • Junior Web UI Developer Open or Close

    DealersLink is recruiting a Junior Web UI Developer ( HTML / CSS / JavaScript / Ajax / jQuery ) who specializes in developing clean robust responsive user friendly front end interfaces. The mission of the Web UI Developer is to refine existing marketing assets while planning and building next generation projects. The UI Developer will primarily be responsible to design, develop, and update three marketing sites. The Junior UI Developer will then be groomed to work on front-end product development after their skills are progressed. The UI developer will not be responsible for any application layer development. The UI developer will work hand in hand with application developers to integrate the interface layer with the application layer.

    Job duties include:
    • Attend team development meetings.
    • Work with the Marketing Director and Marketing Designer.
    • Design and layout interfaces in Adobe CS with a focus on UX.
    • Create and manage CSS style sheets and conventions.
    • Build forms with quality validation.
    • Code HTML 4-5, XHTML,(mobile), JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery.
    • Design and manage icon sets.
    • Implement and enforce code standards.
    • Front-end performance enhancements.

    Minimum requirements include:
    • 1+ Years HTML 4-5, CSS, JavaScript
    • Expert in hand-coded, cross browser supported, W3C compliant web pages
    • Expert in UI inspection and debugging tools like Firebug, Google Page Speed, Y-Slow etc.
    • Demonstrable portfolio of websites that implement progressive enhancement

    All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. The UI Developer will work out of Broomfield or Superior office. Flexible hours and work from home options may be possible after 6-12 months.

  • Junior Sales Representative Open or Close

    We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented players seeking to become successful sales professionals. Our company is an automobile dealership software and services company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. DealersLink is a high growth company, an industry leader, and could be the beginning of a meteoric rise in your career.

    The mission of the Junior Sales Representative is to provide efficient and diligent support to the DealersLink Sales Executives while gaining perspective on our product suite and industry positioning. A Junior Sales Representative typically holds the position for 6-12 months before progressing to a Sales Representative (Sales Channel) or Account Manager (Professional Services Channel) position.

    Job duties include:
    • Setting and confirming dealer consultation meetings for Sales Executives.
    • Assisting in dealer training initiatives.
    • Developing and maintaining long term relationships with dealers.
    • Ongoing development of personal and professional skills in sales and service.

    All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. No formal sales training is necessary, but a strong desire to be in a sales environment is required. Flexible hours, work environment, and location - possibility to travel and/or relocate exist.

  • Integrations Engineer Open or Close

    We are looking for highly skilled, detail oriented and personable techies seeking to become system integrations specialists. Our company is an automobile dealership marketplace with various software suites headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. DealersLink is a high growth company with a youthful spirit blended with a take no prisoners competitive edge.

    The mission of the Integrations Engineer is to provide efficient and rapid integrations support to DealersLink Members . Our solutions require us to integrate with over 140 providers including many fortune 500 companies like ADP and Autotrader.com. An Integrations Engineer must be a multi-tasking master with an obsession with problem solving.

    Job duties include:
    • Setting up data imports and exports.
    • Troubleshooting faulty integration connections.
    • Assisting in dealer training initiatives.
    • Consulting with dealers to optimize performance.
    • Providing internal tech support.

    All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in networking, systems integrations, tech support and server administration. Automotive industry experience and Microsoft certifications are a plus.

  • Trading Desk Manager Open or Close

    We are seeking candidates with an exceptional eye for detail to manage DealersLink's robust Trading Desk. DealersLink Trading Desk Managers are the back bone of the DealersLink Network. They ensure that DealersLink's virtual marketplace is complimented by exceptional customer service so that no transaction is overlooked, and no customer support issue slips through the cracks.

    Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. A strong background in automotive wholesaling or auction management is extremely desirable. All Candidates must share our no excuses philosophy on complete customer satisfaction.
